And JJ… you should maybe watch your back. Thom told Neko all the details about that crack in the 4th wall that showed up in the last filler arc…
For those of you who like the full resolution pinups I sometimes make, here’s several. This comic was a real goldmine for sexy characters, imo. 🙂
even Katy’s trying to calm Neko down? I guess she’s a good kid after all, and if i may talk to miss Neko, I would like to help her calm down.. if that’s ok.
What did the blocked section of Neko’s text bubble say?
I wish I knew! The way I receive the comics from CD, the text is all flattened into one layer, so I can’t see what’s back there. I’ll ask him if he’s willing to disclose that. My guess is that its a reference to the 4th wall break series, where her body got taken over by a fan.
Let’s see if we can figure it out… I Put this together so far with what I think the hidden text is…
“Not to mention, I started this
gig AS A C CUP And now I’m a double D!
____________Been in my body
______ times.”
I’m thinking it’s something like,
“Not to mention, I started this
gig AS A C CUP And now I’m a double D!
People Have Been in my body
a number of times.”
You’re pretty much exactly right! CD sent me the uncovered dialog, and it goeth thusly:
“Not to mention, I started this gig as a C cup, and now I’m a double D! And people have been in my body multiple times.”

I was there, but I couldn’t hear it. You gotta remember that SS.org is a comic book in universe. Remember when Bay was being “remodeled” and her blue-lines were visible? That wasn’t an art mistake; her internal structure is literally artwork.
Thus, it’s not actually possible to hear words spoken in obscured speech bubbles. My own line completely drowned out what she was saying.

Geez, you try grooming your own body into the “ideal” form of womanhood for the male gaze. Got to decline lots of habits like eating whatever you want, drinking too, maybe smoking as well, plus working out like a pro althete and lots of hours spent cleaning and dressing yourself up for random public approval.
I’m pro-Dove about what girls and women or catwomen in this case can only look like. You’re beautiful and wonderful as you are, Neko! Outside and more importantly inside!
I’m not sure how important is stopping smoking for the look, but it’s really important for your health. Saying that you need to stop smoking for the look is like saying you should stop cutting yourself because scars don’t look sexy.
Looks like Neko needs some attention. We appreciate how much effort she puts into keeping her sexy figure. I’d wine and dine her, but I still need to do the volcano repelling with her sister and I won’t date two women at the same time, especially not sisters.

Why do you always color your characters skin green and not like a normal flesh color?
That’s an effect of your monitor’s color settings being slightly off. For some reason, having a low color warmth setting causes the skin tones that CD chooses to look unusually greenish. They’re actually very flesh-toned if you look at them with a properly calibrated monitor.
Naw. They’re just aliens.
Are you sure its not your monitor? Cause it happens on my laptop. two different desktop, and my cellphone. And my main desktop has a stupid expensive monitor. :V I think I’ve seen it mentioned by others on the jeaniebottle comic to.
That being said i feel like it would more like be an issue with the settings he’s using when he saves.
I’m actually the one who saves the final version of the file before it goes up to the site, and the skin tones look totally normal on my monitor. If I’m editing in the evening, they turn green unless I disable F.lux, which reduces the color temperature of my monitor to cut down on visual stimulus. I’m honestly not sure what would cause the greenish change on all your devices.
You guys realize Neko is complaining about sexual exploitation by her employers? You all should be demanding justice in a court of law, not ogling and commenting on her body!
Some progressive society this is! Hmmph.

Well, she could always start an online petition to protect female comic characters from sexual exploitation by their authors. I’d sign it.
Though I’d probably be the only one, so I’d have to exploit all of my own fictional RP characters to sign it too.
I can feel the 4th wall break radiation. This is dangerous. If this keeps going on, there will be major consequences.

Congrats Max, you’ve noticed the fine details and subtle differences between Honey and Ethan-Honey, like the color of the hair, skin tone, and the way Ethan-Honey’s hair is slightly different then Honey’s style…

you just remembered the story line, which is less impressive.
Yeah, we the audience know, but David doesn’t, and Teri is too ditzy to pay attention to the fact that Ethan doesn’t smell quite the same as Honey. Let’s watch and see if Ams can tell the difference or not.
