Katy is Neko's little Cousin. Katy flaunts the Law, rebels and basicly makes life difficult for Neko's Intern Robert. Currently Katy is under house arrest and is only allowed to be at Neko's apartment, Or the SailorSun.org Studio where Neko can keep an eye on her.
Neko is CD Rudd's 2nd in command at the Studio. She looks after all the behind the scenes stuff, is the go-to face for fillers, makes the coffee, and manages the intern.
That is one poorly made ray gun. No device safety switch? Is the trigger that black part on the back? Katy just picked the ray up and it fired. The person that made that ray should have been fired.
I just realized something, the label says “de-aging ray”. It doesn’t say anything about “aging”. Will Neko have no choice in going through the normal aging process again? Or is that gun one of a matching set?
Recall, from the Wotch pages last week, that transformation rays are always temporary. Bay’s transformation was only permanent because the ray was broken in a specific and incredibly rare way, which disabled the time limit.
Always keep the muzzle/emitter pointed in a safe direction. Keep your finger off the trigger until you’re ready to shoot. Treat every gun as if it’s loaded/energized. Be sure of your target and what’s beyond it.
Don’t worry Neko, they’ll grow back.
