Yup, Crystal removed them right before kissing him, and every time we’ve seen “Honey” since, she’s been sans-glasses. Until now.
Did Crystal realized it wouldn’t work correctly with him due to his bad vision?

Are the Sirens communicating by telepathy, or those just memories of their voices? Also, I shudder to think what Ethan is saying to David.
I’m not certain, but I think it’s essentially exposition explicitly for the audience. Notice that Ethan doesn’t respond to them, so I don’t think he’s actually hearing anything.
Without this, we the readers would never learn what’s going on, since none of the characters know this (except the Sirens, who aren’t around).
I wonder if Ethan-Honey would actually do what I think she is talking about?
Though considering what happened with Dawn and Ethan I wouldn’t be surprised. Hopefully the next comic will reveal the truth!
And right about here a little light in in David’s head is starting to flicker on, question is, is the light bright enough that it reveals the truth or are Ethan and I giving David too much credit xD

I got to agree with SGT Lewis some of these kids go in smarter than they come out. David is in Geology so i am giving him the benefit of the doubt.
There is the issue of Ethan owing David one, since the Ethan Crystal Dawn threesome.
Maybe the aren’t keeping score though, it is college and a time to experiment.
