Brady is the younger version of Honey. She is also an alternate time traveling daughter of Bay.
She lives with Heather (Bay's sister) and her (adopted) parents in Buffalo, NY.
A teenage version of Dawn/David, with a little of Honey's genes mixed in, along with an imperfect copy of Crystal's siren gene. Her defective Siren powers are difficult to control, and affect both men and women.
Yup, and Dawnie REALLY needs a parental or mentor figure who is capable of laying down the law without being swayed by the Siren powers, or else she is going to slide down the slippery slope towards corruption. How long until she uses her power to talk clerks into letting her out of paying for stuff? How long until she decides that she can rob a bank? How long until she decides, in a fit of anger, to command someone to commit suicide? Even if she doesn’t actually mean it, she could just casually tell an annoying person to “go play in traffic”, and they will do so.
Having their minds being bent to a woman’s will may be a normal state for most boys, but having it done via mind control as opposed to carrot/stick methods isn’t going to teach them much, since they seem oblivious to what is happening.
Then again, as we saw with Ethan in https://sailorsun.org/?comic=990-siren-kiss-explained , it appears that some part of the victim’s mind remains able to think freely even though the body’s behavior is completely subverted.
I have an alternative theory: Dawnie isn’t using siren powers on the boys, and Honey is more than smart enough to figure that out. Dawnie is just using the normal powers of any extremely hot teenage girl.
That was kind of my first thought while I was editing this page. But notice the Siren Font that Dawnie uses (perhaps unintentionally?) in Panel 2. That’s a pretty clear hint.
It certainly looks to me like Dawnie was using her Siren Command Voice to make Honey stop protesting. That’s why I’m worried–if Dawnie is already manipulating her “parents” like this, then she’s not far from realizing that she can do anything that she wants to without reprisal. She needs either someone who can restrain her, or else a strong attack of conscience.
Dawnie definitely going to be hard to discipline by word of mouth. With powers like her, she’ll have to learn the consequences of abusing them by trial of error.
If Dawnie keeps this up, she’s going to become a slightly less malevolent version of Anthony Freemont from that classic Twilight Zone episode “It’s a Good Life”. She has no need to “send people to the cornfield”, since she can simply MAKE them love her. However, she risks being just as spoiled and careless.
I guess Honey forgot that Dawnie can control the minds of GIRLS as well.

“It’s the order of things”
Nailed it!
At first, it looked like Teri was a tiara on Brady’s head.
Hah, he totally does look like that!

Bad Dawnie! No using Siren powers on people who aren’t evil!

Is it possible that Dawnie is using her siren power on Honey in panel two and the rest of the comic are the results?

Yeah, it’s the siren font. And what exactly is the siren font? This inquiring mind wants to know.
Another perfectly good theory spoiled by poor eyesight.
It’s the Manga Temple font. The rest of the comic uses, appropriately enough, Comic Sans.
Honey needs to stop letting Bay and Berry be her examples 😛
(especially since they were both guys – the same guy infact)
