Just one of those niggling little inconsistencies. In comics 1002, 1003 and 1004 Ethan’s ponytail elastic is green, but in comics 1001 and before, it’s pink.

Awww shoot, that’s totally my fault. CD sometimes forgets to color in small details like partially visible hair elastics. It’s one of the things that I correct during editing. But I’ve been correcting it *wrong* since comic 1002. I’ll fix that.

In the last comic, “Dawn” just seemed further away from the “camera”, but she’s just really short. Did her Southern accent….come from Daisy?

It seems that she can use something like the Siren voice selectively, though she probably needs practice before she can turn it on and off at will–right now it seems to turn on when she really really wants to be persuasive.
She’s a cute kid. I’d place her age as about thirteen (and an early bloomer of course)–maybe twelve if she’s a super early bloomer. Jr. High school age, anyway. At least Honey is here, so David won’t have to explain Dawnie to her. It’s nice that Dawnie sees David as family rather than an alternate-self, though.

It is a nice touch that David gets down to be closer to Dawn’s eye level. Maybe he’s one of those guys born to be a dad.

Surprise you’re a dad now! Not something to suddenly spring on a guy. Normally there is a nine month waiting period to get used to the idea, but this isn’t the first time this has happened in the Sailor Sun Universe.

It’s the standard HRC leotard. Heather and Honey wore it back when HRC untangled the bodyswap clusterfuck with the sirens.
Wait…THIS explains why Honey gave Tom that vial of blood. That means that ‘Dawnie’ is part David and part Honey, with a little Dixie thrown in – maybe a little Siren. That makes David and Honey…PARENTS! Oh David M’boy, you have to marry Honey now and make an ‘Honest Woman’ of her. 😉 *heh-heh*
