What? Steve is actually pictured!? Isn’t this the first time he hasn’t been at the tail of a speech balloon leading into whitespace? I thought he was typed as the Don Pardo of the series, a distinctive but always disembodied voice.
Not that Steve. Neko is referring to Robert, despite having known him for nearly two years.
Neko’s “nickname” for me is an unintentional re-use of the old narrator character that we haven’t seen in a while.
