I think they’re assumption is that having the siren powers is what caused him to be girlified. I don’t know if that’s accurate, though.
What I want to know is why they think Ethan has any clue how to help at all. The siren power transfer was accidental, after all.

Hi,Yes the procedure shloud work exactly the same on an Oracle. (Someone else I helped via email confirmed it), I unfortunately don’t have an Oracle DB available to me so I cannot convert the SQL commands over to Oracle. I will try to get a hold of one so I can help you out thought.
