Katy is Neko's little Cousin. Katy flaunts the Law, rebels and basicly makes life difficult for Neko's Intern Robert. Currently Katy is under house arrest and is only allowed to be at Neko's apartment, Or the SailorSun.org Studio where Neko can keep an eye on her.
Goth is more a state of mind than a clothing style. If you’re dark and disturbed, you’re probably Goth. The dark clothing, pale makeup and black lipstick are what sales personnel tell you what Goth is. True Goths can be dark and disturbed in pastels or even bright and happy colors.
She probably would beat the crap out of him if she weren’t currently afraid of angering Neko further. She did after all lock him in a cage for several days.
See this is why you should always have a general purpose lie or criticism ready to go at all times. “Are you looking at my tail!?” “Yeah, I’m wondering if it can go a bit faster and get this done sometime before Christmas” as an example. If you are not always planning your next lie then you might as well just tell the truth.
Robert: if you’re trying to support Katy, now’s NOT the time to go Rodge on her.
While you are right of course, it is still difficult to blame him for merely looking.
After all, Neko is a very attractive girl, and I’m certain this isn’t a fashion style that Robert routinely sees on her.
that’s Katy, not Neko. remember?
IMO she’s rather cute with blonde hair and the new outfit.
Also, many of us are not dorks by choice.

We already know that Katy is just a ‘popular’ Goth. She only does it for attention and to rebel.
What I find funny is how shy and embarrassed she gets at him looking at her tail – a goth either wouldn’t care or would beat the shit out of him.
So under all that makeup she’s probably exactly what she is without it; a teenybopper in denial 😛

My approach is total honesty backed up with a compliment: Well of course I am, and it’s a very nice tail too.
I have used it in the real world, and it works about 80% of the time.
