Epilogue – Tom

Looks like Tom’s woken up from his unexpected self-cocooning after becoming a siren back on page 1145. Can you believe that was almost 80 pages ago?!
For those wondering how this cocooning was able to happen, when it can supposedly only occur with two or more people (including at least one Siren), Tom’s new new hair color is a hint. It’s not blue any more because he did have more than one siren “with him” in that cocoon. The Siren Serum he created was based on Jade and Sapphire, and their combined essences have now merged with Tom to create this busty, grey-haired amnesiac.
Okay, there are actually way too many questions, but I will stick to this one, considering we didn’t see a normal cocooning in the story, but two excepcional ones, is the amnesia a normal side effect? cause with pearl and Greg, Greg was gone mentally speaking, but in this case, Tom was literally alone with his mind on his cocoon.
I think Pearl and Greg’s cocooning was meant to be essentially “normal”. She just ended up with terrible memory because he had Alzhiemer’s. That’s why he was in the hospital in the first place.
As for Tom’s? Who knows why he lost his memory. But I bet it has something to do with not having another person in there with him.
So since she merged with jade and sapphire’s essences, I wonder what name she will go by now?
And she seems to be much more busty then the other sirens we have seen in the comic if panel 2 is anything to go by….
Maybe “Gem”?
This reminds me of a D&D character I once had.
I dunno, I think she’s about average on the Siren Bustyness Scale. Jade, Sapphire, Dawn, and Crystal are pretty busty, after all.
I guess her name is “Tomi”. Years ago I knew a girl named Tomi.

Is it a cat? It is a small creature with pointy ears and a tail, and that tail has a hairband.
The cat is a new character who will be introduced in Friday’s comic.
So…. are we about to learn that the talking cats came from Siren Island?

Hope this isn’t just a one-off panel ’cause I’d like a bit more exposition on all this lol
I’m with you. Each Epilogue comic makes me want to see more with each of the characters covered, and makes it a little sadder that the main story is done. It’s a good sad, though; it means the story and characters were well written, to cause that kind of connection.
The “Who am I” is a good question. At this point it’s up to the person to decide who they want to be.

Welp, now Tom has siren powers. Hope his evil and ambitions died with his previous memories.
