Those skulls on her belt definitely look like part of a costume.
It’s not a slutty comic con costume, but it is a costume.
With the outfit she is currently wearing, some slight modifications and you would have Mystic’s outfit from the X-Men animated series.
The outfit she’s in is sluttier than Batgirl’s costume.

I wasn’t saying she was reasonable. I was saying she looks like a fan of batgirl.

I’ve always wondered: is Katy’s name pronounced like “Katie” or “catty”?
CD Rudd actually uses rather unconventional pronunciations for his catgirls’ names. I learned this when he and I went to Comic-Con back in 2014.
Neko is “nee-ko”
Seko is “see-ko”
Kinko is “keen-ko” (which is what you’d expect)
Katy is “cat-ee”
This actually explains the naming scheme of Neko, Seko, and Kinko, which would normally make Kinko the odd-woman out.
I personally use the “expected” pronunciations, though, and he doesn’t correct me on it.
A full coverage bodysuit is more “slutty” than what she normally wears? Heck, Batgirl’s not even that nerdy…
“What’s that behind your back then?”
“Oh that’s, Ahhh, that’s MY costume!”
And then we got TG’d Robert Batgirl.
