1152 : Mourn the Loss of Sam
NOTICE TO READERS: Something seems to have gone wonky with the site, and we’ve had reports that some visitors have been affected by a Bitcoin miner malware. I’m currently looking into it, but I have no expertise with the WordPress system, so we may not be capable of fixing the problem until CD Rudd gets back from his vacation.
At this rate it seems that the start of the wedding will be delayed at least a while . . .
Now THAT’S the Alex we love.
Just wondering, but will we find out what happened with Pearl and the cocoon she made with Greg before the comic ends?
Since from the looks of things we are getting close to the finale, and I would like to know what exactly will emerge from that cocoon before its over.
All loose ends will be tied, eventually.
I always enjoy seeing Cheer! on here, I so wish that they still had their own regular strip. But, at least we see them at times here. The sad part is that this one is wrapping up too.
In panel 4 is that Morgan on the right?
Don’t think so. Morgan’s not flagged for this comic, and the “right” is actually panel 5. That’s actually Alex, still holding up her phone, and Sam is speaking from outside the door.
I think you are missing something here. There are five panels in this comic. It took me a couple of seconds to figure it out when I first read it. What looks like panel “4” is actually panels “4” and “5”. The “camera” angle has shifted a little to the left, and the blonde sliver is Alex stepping out of the frame and Sam yelling back through the door.
Great minds think alike, and apparently at the same time.
Yep, I noticed that. 🙂
Got it this time. That is Alex in panel 5. Thanks
Just to add to the info, my Adblock flags 30 malicious ads on this page at the moment – No script his having an Arianism – Avast sits there like Russel – just a funky smell going “whut?”
Well… considering that we aren’t actually serving any ads on the site right now, I get the feeling that something’s wrong on your end.
My copy of Adblock is reporting 15, although mine isn’t indicating any of them are malicious. It doesn’t indicate anything about them one way or another.
I have my ad blocker disabled, and absolutely nothing that even resembles an ad appears on this site for me.
Oh wait, maybe yours is treating the links to other webcomics, which are on the left sidebar, as ads? I mean, I guess they technically are, but I’d hardly say they are the kind of ads that AdBlock was invented for.
Hmmm, you may be right. I hadn’t noticed that they weren’t appearing now.
🙁
I do so love Alex. 🙂
Classic Alex! Always loved her character.
