Pink haired siren girl. She was unintentionally created without a personality by Honey, when she broke into the HRC. After Honey left, Crystal was completed and allowed to leave the HRC.
A teenage version of Dawn/David, with a little of Honey's genes mixed in, along with an imperfect copy of Crystal's siren gene. Her defective Siren powers are difficult to control, and affect both men and women.
Electronics University student. Attends the same school as Honey and David. He is Crystal's love interest, but is so shy as to be nearly oblivious to her affections.
1st line. “You’re going to like on Siren island. Is Mr. Tom going to be alright?
2nd line. “Sleep! They won’t remember any of this. Sapphire, how are we going to………cocoon?”
3rd line. “My Mom and Pa are going to be OK? I hate having to use my powers on them. ”
“Tic…tocks”
We will, but *they* wont: Apparently Dawnie made them all forget she was even there. Or maybe not “all” – we only know those four don’t remember Dawnie, what about the other people (and cats) who know of Dawnie? Did she whammy them too or are we going to have high-jinks later when these four start interacting with those who still remember?
Unless the three of them (+cocoon) stopped off at Bay’s wedding (which I don’t think they know the address of), they wouldn’t have had a chance to memory-whammy any other cast members who know about Dawnie.
Could only make out part of the words in the Tic-tock blocks. Gist is: Dawn is told she will like Siren Island. She doesn’t like using her powers on them. And asking if her mum and dad will be ok.
Dawnie used her powers on Honey, David, Ethan, and Crystal. But does she have the power to make them forget permanently? If she does, she’s got to be more powerful than any of the other sirens, including their queen. If she doesn’t, Honey’s going after her as soon as she recovers her memories.
Maybe Dawnie is going along with the Sirens long enough to get them on a plane to England. Then she can use her powers on them and get off the plane before it leaves. Speaking of planes, you think maybe Dawnie will run into Great Grandma Mary at the airport? Did you forget she’s flying in today?
And did C.D. forget that Berry, Trav, and Heather weren’t at the HRC and know about Dawnie?
CD is a better writer than you give him credit for, Tom. I wouldn’t recommend jumping to conclusions like “CD forgot something” just because we, the readers, have not been told something.
Even geniuses can overlook things. But what I was really suggesting in the final paragraph is that I don’t think C.D. really intends to write Dawnie out of the story, even if she’s acting on the orders of Sapphire and Jade now. Jade and Sapphire haven’t exactly displayed a lot of deep thinking so far, so it’s credible that they wouldn’t think to ask if there are any more people who know about Dawnie. This is another way their “take the little green-haired siren back to Siren Island” plan could fail.
I think that Dawnie Did this so that Mom and Dad won’t worry about her going to the Island with the older Sirens. Dawnie can help the Cocoon. What about the bookkeeper will numbers still set her off?
She wiped their memories…. Well I guess that means that Dawnie is officially out of the picture.
Its too bad, she was a great character. Oh well, we can always hope Dawn will make one last appearance.
I’ve guessed it as much too. It’s too bad she didn’t want to stick around until after her grandma’s wedding. Why need to leave immediately?
Can we get a full and unobscured version of the text in the panels just below the Dawnie and Honey panels?

Nice job sussing those out. 🙂
The one part you couldn’t figure out was: “How are we going to move the cocoon?”
Oh Dawnie, no… ;_;
I’m gonna miss her.

Yeah, I didn’t close my italics properly.
Why did David do that? A suggestion planted by Dawnie? Possibly there’s a plot point here.
Pretty sure David did that because Ethan told him to on the last page.
@Robert: I owe you a cookie on that one.

I think that the bookkeeper will be OK, she was just affected by this anti-siren-generator and other sirens’ orders. I hope that she’ll sleep it off.
Smack not spank David
Actually, it’s “SMPACK!” 🙂
…RIP Dawnie
Q: When would Dawnie leave Siren Island if she actually goes there?
A: 200 nanoseconds after she finds out there’s no TV, video games, or boys!!!
“You don’t have abything to say about it, Mother.” Dawnie might be running to the dark side.
Plot twist: Dawnie is actually DIO
She unleashed her stand upon the others and made them disoriented during frozen time.
ZA WARUDO!
You thought I was a cute teenage girl with green hair…
But it was me, DIO!
So what’s gonna happen when people start asking “Where’s Dawnie?”?
Teenage girls always know what is best for their parents.
