The Wotch had a filler last month, so there’s a chance it will resume. Cheer, however, has been on hiatus for over two years, so it’s hard to justify leaving it in my “Hiatus Webcomics” folder. I was about to express uncertainty about Tselsebar still being alive, but apparently he’s still somewhat active on DeviantArt.
That’s one of the frustrating things about webcomics is they tend to simple fade-out and die, rather than ever reach an “end”. Even though readers would probably like to see them go on forever, it’s still better for the main story plot to reach its climax rather then the comic just die mid-plot due to lack of time or interest by the artist.
Abstract Gender still lives on…kind of. Rayne basically gave up on working with an artist and doing it in comic form, so he’s started writing it as a story and posting it on his Deviantart.
Re: Abstract Gender Don’t get your hopes up too high. Rayne rebooted the series as a novel and is finally back up to chapter 9. But there were 6 months between chapters 8 and 9. No, idea when 10 will be written/released.
Girls, go track Tselsebar down and … do things … to him ’till he gets bust doing Cheer! again.

Really miss both of the stories, just hoping they will pop back up one day.
Couldn’t mind these guys as a normal part of the cast.

I keep checking in on The Wotch and Cheer. I guess life just got really busy for them. I don’t want to see them disappear like Abstract Gender did.

If i could i would finance AB gender just to see the story told. I was a bummer when it went dark so soon.
Thanks for the information. Now I know where to find Abstract Gender. That story was getting really good then it vanished.
