Bay Smith is a main character. Once a guy, she was turned into a girl several years ago. She keeps this fact a secret, and only a handful of people know.
She's now a struggling actress whose roommate is actually her daughter from an alternate future timeline.
I think someone mentioned earlier that Mary may be in for a bit of a shock. She’s gone from estranged mother to (technically) a great-grandmother (Dawnie is essentially Honey’s daughter) all at once.
plus all the extended family of AC, David and Trav… also the location of Bay’s father to spit him in the face and maybe even extend his sentence somehow.
Was it ever revealed to everyone else that Berry is actually a slightly older Bay from another dimension? I’d guess her boyfriend knows, but was it ever mentioned the others?
Quick! Bay! Create some revisionist history that’s more believable than the truth! How about:
“I’m not your daughter, I’m a female clone of your son, made by some immoral jerks that needed a lead actress. Let me introduce you to your ACTUAL daughter, Heather, as well as Berry, a clone of me (that why her hair is blonde…copy of a copy) and my daughter Brady, and Honey – an aged up clone of Brady.”
There! That’s ALMOST the truth and slightly more believable as it only has cloning and not Transgender Guns, Time Travel, More Time Travel, AND cloning. 😛
Considering that Time Travel actually exists in this world, is the truth really that unbelievable? When Bay explained Honey’s backstory in that cafeteria scene, no one batted an eye at the idea that Honey is from the future.
Funny thing about this world as I understand it, time travel and monster girls seems to be the only eccentricities people are ok with (plus Steve and whatever his deal is), so far Bay always has problems explaining the idea of a TG gun, with Heather haven’t never heard of the concept before, talking cats seem to be a surprise for a lot of people, and neither AC nor David believed the idea of bodyswap until they lived it, not to mention that even when Bay works alongside literal demons, people seems to have forgotten that Sirens were real. I suppose that all this concepts are common for the people on the “web entertainment” industry, but not so much por the people outside of it.
If people is ok with the idea of clones like Brad is sometime that is yet to be seen.
We’re not really sure of what Bay knows about Berry. She hasn’t made it clear one way or the other. But I do think she probably took a big, big hint from the fact that Brady was so well taken care of by Berry and Trav when she got misplaced by the Cheer crew.
Either way, I imagine that her identity will become common knowledge among the cast soon.
Not only is time travel known, but so are alternate universes, cloning and sex change guns/devices, anthromorphs, succubi, half succubi (Love you Seko), and to a lesser extent, sirens. However the full truth will take some time to explain.
Cue one or more of Berry, Heather, Honey, and Brady (or better yet, all 4) entering in 5, 4, 3…

It’s a shame Dawnie’s not around to meet her great-grandmother and visa-versa… and to see her grandmother get married.
Rocky!
I’ll get my medical kit, I have a feeling they’re gonna need a doctor.
Quick! Inform her that she has triplets instead of twins. That’ll be a great wedding present to their mother.
Not just triplets, but quadruplets! Berry, Bay, Brad, and Heather.
AND two grand-daughters!
plus all the extended family of AC, David and Trav… also the location of Bay’s father to spit him in the face and maybe even extend his sentence somehow.
Also, a lot of kittens.
Plus Dawnie. I hope the shock doesn’t start killing people

Besides Trav who knew from the start, Brady figure it out on her own, beyond that, nobody else seems to know.
Now let me bury my tears in your bosom!!!!
Uh mom – that’s a bit weird…
Don’t ruin the moment!!!!!

Bay doesn’t know Berry is an older alternate of herself–yet.

@Robert: Bay certainly didn’t know when she congratulated Trav for landing such a babe.

no telling the truth now I guess unless the real daughter suddenly shows up as well
Oh boy, Mary do I have a story to tell, get comfortable it takes over ten years to tell it.
is Neko and some of filler characters going to be attending the wedding?
Cloning complications and timeline shenanigans aside… this truly is one of the most beautiful pages in this comic. ^_^
