Also, Bay is looking good even with just that small amount of makeup. ^^
That’s the lady from the clothing shop right? But when she met Honey…wasn’t Honey wearing Crystal’s face?
Hmm.. Red Hair.. Light purple blouse… Darker purple Skirt… I wanna say Anne (Wotch), but there would be several things that could count against that.
1. The skirt is long, not knee length
2. if it is Anne, and they’ve met before, why wouldn’t she recognize her
3. The hair is off in various place: not as prounounced bangs, as well as the braids.
That’s actually the first guess I made, too!
…and no beret.
Artist Anne wears the beret, Character Anne generally doesn’t. who knows what Actress Anne dresses. 😛

I did think about that. The hair is more her style. But I don’t know, other aspects from the face to… others… don’t quite match up. But that could be due to the difference of art styles and padding.
Whoa, this comment made me check the wotch after several years of being convinced the comic has practically died, and they are updating again! Slowly but steadily, it seems.
I had it in rss, but they took the old feed down without at least posting a notice there…
Not to trash on them but that webcomic is pretty much dead in my eyes Anne is no where to be heard off, each time someone ask about her the question is always left unanswered , the updates are so slow and unregular it makes the comic feel like its slowly dying off of a life support machine
If there is any die hard fans here I’m sorry but that is my point of vue.
If at least the mod of that side were 1/2 as good as CD here is at communicating I would have a better opinion but there not as there communication is really poor in my eyes.
Anyways I done as I don’t want to go off on a tangent here.
You are right to be critical about the lack of Anne answers. But Robin had for years been the writer of the comic if I recall.
As for Anne herself, I suspect I know a possibility or two. However due to circumstances related to what I know to have those suspicions (nothing nefarious mind you), I’m not at liberty to suggest what.
However I did just check, and she is alive. She was on her deviantArt account (Annie13) earlier today. She doesn’t do much there these days, but you can see her last activity.
I can think of someone who met Honey as Honey before, in a stationary shop at the Ottowa airport. Different hair color, but, then, Heather has changed her hair color too.

I think it is Bay’s mom. Heather changed her hair color to match.
Wait a minute. Honey was kidnapped when she was sixteen. Could this be Heather from an alternate timeline. We could end up with four Bays.
I think the last time we saw Anne was at Honey’s graduation party with all the cameos, the third comic in this “final” chapter. That’s not that long ago in story time. And if this Anne is really another actress like Alex, Jo, etc, Honey should know Anne fairly well from work. But Honey has only met her grandmother a couple of times when she went to Ottawa looking for Bay in Story 8, both times in her stationary store at the airport. And we already have reason to think Heather invited Mary Smith to the wedding as a surprise for Bay. So I think Mary is a better guess than Anne.
And if we’re going to bring in even more alternate Bays and Honeys, I’d vote for a pair who really were Sailor Sun and Sailor Chibi Sun (though not the DIC versions!)
I’m thinking Morgan after dying her hair red. She’s supposed to be getting revenge today and she needs a disguise.
Bay looks like she’s been drugged or something…
Maybe whatever’s going on with her hand in the last panel is a clue?
That’s CD’s way to showing that she’s shaking her hand back and forth. I’m not exactly sure why she’s doing that, though.
The last time that Anne showed up was https://sailorsun.org/?comic=03012008 There’s also the sales girl there. I’m just throwing out whatevs’ for the speculation. But as you can see, the palette is different.
I declare this to be neither Anne, or the sales girl. I’m not holding out any bets on Sonja either.
