Bay Smith is a main character. Once a guy, she was turned into a girl several years ago. She keeps this fact a secret, and only a handful of people know.
She's now a struggling actress whose roommate is actually her daughter from an alternate future timeline.
Heather impersonated Bay when taking a job in nude shoot, then made her go to church and see their kidnapper of a parent when Bay wasn’t agreeable to either. The impersonation part alone would be lawsuit worthy, Heather. Go lightly, being sanctimonious at this point will likely result in losing your sister privileges for the foreseeable future at best if you push this too hard.
You’ve kept the whereabouts of your birth mother from her, you’ve kept the fact that you’re actually born a boy named Bradley Smith from her (which some strongly-religious people have sexuality issues with), and she might not be the only one who’ll gets upset with you for hiding your sex change from those you’ve been able to trust with this.
The horrible part is Bay is right! I have a feeling if she did try to explain it, Heather wouldn’t believe her.
Well of course she saw this coming – that’s why she was trying to avoid it.
Ladies, ladies, there is more than enough blame and reason for anger so that everyone can have a slice.
Well, this is only going to continue to escalate.

Your first point is not quite accurate. Heather didn’t impersonate Bay while having the photos taken. They were taken years before she met Bay.
She just didn’t bother correcting anyone when the photos leaked and were mistakenly assumed to be of Bay, rather than herself.
Still, you’re right. Heather’s on thin ice as it is.
It’s best to get this out of the way before the wedding, if it’s still on.
Hurrah – I have been hoping this conversation would happen.

The first is definitely a reason for anger, the latter not so much.
