Neko is CD Rudd's 2nd in command at the Studio. She looks after all the behind the scenes stuff, is the go-to face for fillers, makes the coffee, and manages the intern.
This is either an ingenious tactic for creating suspense, a bold move covering up writer’s block, or a cleaver way to shift suspicion that I was too busy to make a comic this weekend.
CD, ya dun hafta make up excuses. LIVE YOUR LIFE. Post comics when ya can. Fillers can be fun. Just don’t take a three-year hiatus or walk away from the comic altogether. You’ve brought these characters to life for us, allow them to help you write it if you’re having blockage.
Here’s some helpful hints: Writer’s Block is when you’ve hit a wall with current storyline, try changing scene to see what other characters are up to before and/or during the blockage.
Lazyness, or tired, fillers are acceptable, they are better than nothing…try scribbling a joke or dream sequence, or pull something from your archives that hasn’t ever been seen before by your fans, seriously, we will take what we can get!
And thanks, CD, for giving us these worlds to watch. Now vegitate with a DVD and a snack, take a long restful nap, and that mean ole Writer’s Block will run away screaming 😉

Bad Neko, it’s not good to be sitting that close to a TV/Monitor.

What Xan said.
But, do please give us some forewarning if you decide to go on hiatus. 🙂
And then the show goes to commercial.

DARN IT! now I want popcorn…
Oh great, it was a season ending cliffhanger. Now we have to wait until the fall to find out Bay’s answer. 🙂
