Bay Smith is a main character. Once a guy, she was turned into a girl several years ago. She keeps this fact a secret, and only a handful of people know.
She's now a struggling actress whose roommate is actually her daughter from an alternate future timeline.
I could just guess, she gave them a hair that turned out to be her own thinking it was a older one. We know something goes wrong here. Or, do they find out she is pregnant at about this point?
Berry was created by the time-whimey shenanigans from chapter 9. Something about someone sending back a note through time saying that Bay should be blonde. I can’t remember the exact details.
Well yes, Berry’s existence overlapping Bay’s existence in the same timeline was a result of the Timey Wimey Story. But I’m pretty sure Badtaiming just forgot a word when typing that: “…how Berry was made blonde.” as that would have happened in the 5 years ago time frame he’s referencing.
On a side note, you can’t remember Robert, because we never saw a note saying: “Make Bay blonde.” We did see Chris admitting to getting creative with some of the notes he found. https://sailorsun.org/?comic=587-passing-notes-threw-time There is no telling what the note said that Chris was trying to accomplish by making Bay blonde.
Also, the Phenserine shot https://sailorsun.org/?comic=547-lollypop-lollypop-ohh-lollypop-pop basically gave Berry the ability of Okabe from Steins;Gate. When the timeline changed, she knew it changed, but did not have the experience of what had happened causing the changes in the current timeline. It’s entirely possible that this version of Bay made a couple of different choices than Berry did in her original time line. In Timey-Wimey, the bay that became the present Berry found herself inhabiting Bays in different timelines. Maybe this is how the blond Bay that Berry’s personality took over got created.
