Heh, CD and I both noticed this, but it’s actually an optical illusion. The RGB value for David’s skin is exactly the same as it was the last time we saw him. It’s probably the green hair making her skin *seem* greener than it should be.
Going back a few strips, it seems like his skin was always green, but now I notice it.

He/she does seem to be speaking in the font used to indicate the siren voice, so I think you’re right. I’m guessing the collar he made to suppress Crystal’s siren powers interfered with the body-swap machine.
Or maybe he became an Orion.

Freaking love this comic, feel really bad for crystal though. She just seems so sad in the first panel, all the others she seems overcome with shock. Didn’t check but, isn’t David always getting the siren ability during the body switches? Maybe the body switching device just got sick of giving it to him and was like “just keep it!”.
Oh i think i get it. Crystal is now human and David is now a siren.

From the look on their faces David’s voice affects them, instead of guys now. Looks that way anyway.
Sirens must be identified by their naturally unnatural colored hair. If she is kissed by the nerd that will be the clincher.
