Bay Smith is a main character. Once a guy, she was turned into a girl several years ago. She keeps this fact a secret, and only a handful of people know.
She's now a struggling actress whose roommate is actually her daughter from an alternate future timeline.
I’m not sure whether Bay slipped into an alternate reality or some other time traveler modified her existing time stream, but this job for her would explain how Honey could afford a Jeep, though I would expect Bay to get herself a car first, only Honey’s line in the previous strip about calling if she needs a ride suggests Bay doesn’t have a car of her own.
I guess I’ll have to wait for more strips and hope things start to make sense. At least I can hope it doesn’t get as confusing as the Tsubasa Chronicle manga is reputed to be.
Ah time travel. it messes with your mind. Looks like its currently working in Bays favour. I hope she enjoys it while the story arc lasts. Its not worth second guessing an auther once somebody gets thier Time Travellers Union card. Nice to see the story updating quickly.

…what? This isn’t time travel or an alternate dimension or anything. It was explicitly stated that she has just been having memory problems.
She said she was having problems with little thing. I think the world is changing around her and Bay is the only one who seems to notice.
