647 : The Job Hunt Starts
For those having trouble reading the Logo on the door behind Bay…
Last time we saw this door was WAY back in Story One.
You can all probably guess who works there. (Yes, the logo has changed a little from Story One. Gave it a little more piazzas.)
Piazzas? Italian public squares?
I’m certain that you meant “Pizzazz!” but spellchecker jumped in. Amiright?
I can’t believe Bay has a boyfriend and still thinks of herself as a man.
Well, she did change her name legally to “Bay” from “Brad” a while back.
And i think the whole “amnesia” and “timey-wimey” storylines taught her a few things…
eh i still thought she was further along with accepting hersellf.
…and, of course, there’s now way that this line of endeavour can possibly go wrong…
Ohhh, I have a feeling I know how that proposal story point and that citizenship plot point might both resolve…
Which will also hopefully solve the lingering male self-image thing.
Anyone else notice that her shirt is now untucked when it wasn’t before?
I still wondering, which year it is in the comic right now
The year is abstract… From the start of the comic, it’s been about a 7 months to a year-ish.
(Yes I know at the the year was mentioned in a earlier comic. But Eh… what Can I say.. this is my first comic series..)
It works like it works in Marvel or DC. Right now, the story has taken 7-ish months in 2012. A year from now, if it is still going then, it’ll have taken take 8-ish months, all within 2013. As the real timeline continues, the starting point of the compressed fictional timeline slides later and later.
Like how Benjamin Grimm of the Fantastic Four used to be a World War II vet, and now he was in his 20s during Vietnam.
Well,at least this is better than Detective Conan series’ timeline
(Let face it,the first Detective Conan comic came out in ’94 and after all this years(18yr and 9month),altough the tecnalegy in the comic has been evoretion from BBcall to smartphone, but it only past about months to less than a year in the timeline)
I hate to be the one to say this.. but anyone else thing that logo looks too much like a penis?
