8 miles on a bike is not nearly as bad as 8 miles running on a treadmill (which will totally wear out anybody who does not regularly run for an hour on end).
I presume that within the SailorSun.org world, Scott is, like Bay, an individual who was girlified for a webcomic acting role?
I hadn’t known about One Girl Guy Army before, but I just went through what there is of it, and “Scott” was a brief attempt at a new name that only shows up in one strip and is immediately replaced. I think her official new name as a female is “Fate”.
Well, Fate’s original name as a male was Scott Tait. The idea within the SailorSun.org universe appears to be that people who are TG’d tend to use their original names unless they are trying to present themselves as always-having-been their TG’d form. In this case, it looks to me like Scott Tait is an actor who was transformed into the “Fate” form as part of the role.
Where does it say that? In the earliest strips (where he’s a guy), he’s only addressed as Tait, as if that’s his first name.
@MauveCloud from the current comic, click Prev two times, Scott is the name he gives the queen.
On the old One Girl Guy Army page that had the cast description page, Tait’s full name was given as Scott A. Tait.
I tried reading One Girl Guy Army… but then I ran into the X-rated section and quit. I only read PG-13 comics.

does that guy ONLY work with TG victims???
I know he has worked with NON-TG characters too. The Princess from Exerin in an earlier story is an an example.
