I would guess somethings would swap (e.g. accents) but the over all voice wouldn’t change due to being based on the phyiscal body. The only thing changing here is the minds.
That is just my guess, I’m not the author after all.
Their voices do not change. When this happened earlier, the boy in the girl in pink hair’s body (I forget both their names) could speak with the voice she would have had if she could talk, complete with siren powers and all.

So, the question is, since the device isn’t plugged in, is there perhaps a residual charge in the power supply’s capacitor? Enough for one more shot? Maybe with too little power to function normally?
