Ok so now you know he is a cartoon guy. ANY real guy, no matter how much of a geek, would have noticed a bosom as big as Bay’s jiggling and bouncing and flopping about unrestrained. Of course that bra his Mom held up looked waaayyyyyy to small and light to do much restraining of Bay’s endowments anyway.
Judging from the fact bay looks the same with or with out the bra lead me to do some research .

Not sure whether it was intentional or not … but i like the way Bay’s boobs sort of jump up in his face in the final panel…
