I think that Bay may be thinking about the one person she knows of who has a copy of the Y-chromosome that Bay needs in order to return to being Brad…

Hmmm, that might very well be what she’s talking about. She did give HRC a hair sample as part of her initial attempt to turn back into Brad. It it likely that it come from an old hat.
