Well, by talking to him she could have got him by/in the balls, too … but probably not as immediately satisfyingly.
She’s mute, likely to keep her from doing just that.
She’s mute by choice. Because her voice enthralls men.
Right. She could have told him to go jump on top of a fire hydrant with his legs spread and he would have.
But i guess the old-fashioned way was more satisfying.
She just doesn’t speak, to prevent men from falling under her spell.
I was really hoping glasses guy was going to win; at least Crystal saved the day.
Hehehe, well the guy with glasses didn’t exactly win, but I think Crystal’s gonna really appreciate the help/distraction.

Not happy about Nerdguy getting thwomped, tho in this case it is more than proper to kick a guy when he’s down, especially with what he tried to do.
Being hosed should be the LEAST of his worries, now…I hope she kicked him hard enuf to make his great grandchildren go Owie.

Question – is she out of focus in panel 3 & 4 for perspective reasons or is she just moving really, really fast?
Shallow focus. It’s kinda dark in the alley; CD had to open the lens really wide, which limits depth of field.
Depth of field, actually. Cameras in shows, the background is slightly out of focus, and crisp out front. Gives it depth, and CD did a fantastic job of it, you KNOW she was behind him, and I’m trying to wonder, did she actually KICK, or KNEE him…hope it was knee, as that woulda hurt a lot more…larger and harder point of impact.

He was most likely writing his at the same time as you; only a 4 min difference.

Strangulation remains my unquestioned favorite however.
Nicely done. Hoping that Crystal is a vengful type. If she is all she need to do is wisper in his ear to do something else as well. This way her almost hero does not get enthrould, by her voice, and the jerk gets to experince a new form of torcher.
