Looks like Honey cought Bay red handed. Remember, Honey only met the Auction Guy once while she was pretending to be Bay. At that time she set Bay up on a date with him. So she has no idea Bay had already seen him prior to that meeting.
(Yes, Honey did see the Auction guy during the Celebrity Auction, but if you recall, she has no memories from the auction.)
